Why does this blog exist? 

In today’s climate, where politics and cancel culture creep into education, organizations, and clinical practice, every voice matters more than ever. All perspectives must be free to be shared—without fear, retaliation, or shame—both within the profession and beyond.

Beyond Occupation is my intentional effort to share my faith, perspectives, experiences, inspirations, and anything else that may help others find their voice or face challenges that I have faced or am facing.
